Dr. Richardson is the Director of Laparoscopic Surgery for the Oschner Center. He specializes in laparoscopic and bariatric surgeries. Dr. Richardson earned his M.D. from Harvard University before completing his residency and surgical research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He also completed an additional laparoscopic surgical fellowship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
